Have a claim?
Most of the time to better assist you, the insurance company provides a toll-free claims number (24/7) on the Declarations Page of your policy. Prior to calling, you will want to have your policy number available for the individual at the company who takes your information. You will be assigned a claim number, and an adjuster will then contact you. Be sure to give them a phone number in the event they need to reach you.
We encourage you to contact us in the event of a loss, but as agents we can not interfere with the duties of the adjusters who handle the claims, but we can certainly guide you through the process.
